FAQ

How can I track my package

- You can track your package with the Shipping Confirmation email, which will have a link to your tracking information. You will be able to monitor the shipment’s progress until the package is delivered to your door.

- Depending on the shipping method selected you should be able to track your package directly on the websites of USPS.com, UPS.com, or FEDX.com with the tracking number received in your email.

Refund of Shipping Fees

Unless you have received a damaged item and would like to return it, shipping fees are non-refundable. To report a damaged item, please use our contact form. 

- Provide photo(s) along with a description of the damaged item(s) and your order number associated with the items in question.

Once we receive your email and assess the damage(s), we will be in contact to determine the next step. Please note that all damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation

-You are free to cancel custom orders within a 24hr period, however all other orders cannot be cancelled nor changed after placed. You are welcome to return the item once delivered under our Returns Policy.

 Why was my order cancelled 

There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:

- The item was sold out

- We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.

If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.

Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
